Modern City Bathroom in Philadelphia
Project Description
A dated bathroom gets a modern update with the help of dRemodeling. A dark shower stall brightens up with classic white subway tile, framing a great view of downtown Philadelphia. A recessed niche and a handheld shower with a sliding bar add custom features to suit the homeowners needs. A pebble floor in natural colors grounds the space and massages the feet.
An old closet door is replaced with a bright white and frosted glass door helps to lighten the room and accents the glass shelving to hold accessories and other bath needs. An exposed brick walls pops off the cool blue-grey tones of the paint on the walls and vanity backsplash and adds a touch of texture to an otherwise modern and sleek space.
The dark tones of the double vanity and matching mirror emphasize the modern lines of the room and pick up on the tones of the frosted glass. An architectural pendant light hangs in the center and adds a touch of drama
